Daniel R. White

Daniel White is the co-founder of SLATE Real Estate, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate as an agent, investor, and entrepreneur.

A Franklin County native, Daniel has built a strong reputation throughout the region for his ability to identify opportunities, negotiate strategically, and get deals closed. From selling car washes, urgent care centers, and car dealerships to leasing multi-unit retail spaces and warehouses, his track record spans nearly every corner of the commercial market.

As an investor himself, Daniel understands both sides of the table — using his experience to help clients make informed, profitable decisions whether they’re buying, selling, or expanding their portfolio.

Daniel lives in Youngsville with his wife, their two children, and their dog, Lily.
